Texas is having the Best Week Ever

Today TNT released a promo for their updated Dallas series (premiering next summer). Then you have Big Rich Texas premiering on Style Network this weekend. And I’ve started seeing more and more promos for Most Eligible Dallas on Bravo (premiering next month). 

Yee haw.

on friday evening, i’ll be on a plane from south florida to edinburg, texas (where the “A” on the map is). most people probably never venture that far south in texas (unless you spent a spring break in south padre island back in the day).  i spent most of my childhood in edinburg, which is where my dad, stepmom, and sister still live, along with my brother and all of my mom’s family. i don’t get to get down there as often as i’d like (maybe once a year), so i always look forward to my visits and quality time with the family.  Zoom

awww, look at my sister on her first day of school today! she’s in 3rd grade this year. and before you ask, she has to wear a uniform to school. otherwise i’m sure she would’ve worn something pink, purple, or the jonas brothers on it.
