What’s up Cowboys Stadium? See you Thursday.
It’s been almost two weeks since I drove up to Tampa to meet up with my NYC buddy Joe to go to the Cowboys/Bucs game. Nevermind that we managed to get $50 nosebleed seats to a sold out game. We were just happy to be there and drink beer and watch football.

Needless to say fun times were had (and the Cowboys kept their playoff hopes alive that night)!
Saints trade Reggie Bush to Dolphins
Bush and the Dolphins reportedly agreed a two year deal as well. I assume this will greatly lower his salary this year. He was expect to earn 11.8 Million.
Bush is still one of my favorite players to watch and I think in the right situation he could be dynamic. I’m not sure if this is that situation, we will see.
Both trades today, Bush & Haynesworth, are two huge upside deals that could just as easily flop but neither cost the teams much.
The AFC East has just become, once again, the toughest division in the NFL.
Not completely sold on an injury prone Reggie Bush, but I’m hoping he’ll prove me wrong.
The lockout is officially over. Football is back. The smile on Miles Austin’s face pretty much reflects my feelings on this subject.
Let’s do this.
SI’s Top 100 Sports Twitter Feeds About As Incomplete As You’d Expect. Sports Illustrated unveiled their 100 Best Twitter feeds in sports this week, and I promise you if you subscribed to all 100 of those feeds you’d be miserable. Try these ten alternatives:

Maybe it’s because of my cookies and location, but I love that all I typed into the Google search was “Is c” and the first result is questioning Chris Bosh’s sexual orientation.
I’m going to this game tonight. Rain, please get it out of your system so that I can attend the game tonight without weather delays.

Last night I had the pleasure of going to the 2011 Discover Orange Bowl! Now, being that I never had the college football experience when I was in school (uh, hello…NYU), this was definitely a fun time. It was fun to have (temporary) pride in a school and root them to victory (the snob in me rooted for Stanford…and they won).
Pre-game, they actually had people parachute onto the field!

And here’s me and my friend, clearly excited to be at the game:

Thanks to my boss for the tix!
Like my dad said “Best news I have heard in a long time”.

Plane tickets to NYC? Check. Accomodations? Check. Tickets to the Dolphins/Jets game? Check.
The last piece of the puzzle is now complete. Now I just have to hope me and my friends don’t get beers thrown at us, or worse…thrown out of the game.
